  • About L-Theanine

    L-Theanine is a plant-based powerhouse nootropic that originates from green tea. The naturally occurring amino acid is only found in certain types of teas and specific mushrooms. It has been used for centuries in Chinese medicine to promote a sense of calm and alertness. 

    Due to its healing and calming effects, western medicine has also taken an interest in studying the extract in isolation.
